Department Of Post offers twenty days Paid Leave for Gramin Dak Sevak in two half. In every six months, they will get 10 days paid leave (January to June and July to December) at a time.

For GDS Branch Post Master (BPM), this leave will be sanction by Superintendent of Post offices and for ABPM (Assistant Branch Post Master) and Dak Sevak (DS); Subdivisional inspector of Post Offices will sanctioning Authority.
