IPPB has launched on January 30th, 2017 in Ranchi and Raipur with the objective of being present in all corners of India by the end of the year, but this process is still continued. So, IPPB published the Participant Manual, Banking Awareness  Program, Page no 24.

Incentive Payment Structure :-

  • Revenue will be earned from Transaction performed at door step or at access points and for payment such as Bill Payments, Remittances, Cash Withdrawal/Deposit.
  • And also Revenue will be earned from cross -selling and distribution third party products such as loans, Insurance, Mutual funds etc.

Various stakeholders involved in driving business across post office to be incentivized, motivating them to promote business.

Assisted Transaction Per month 500 (21 per GDS per day)
Drive-customer self transaction 120 (5 transation per day across customer base)

Base incentive of INR 1,500/- per month + Reward for achieving targets @20% INR 300 per month + additional account opening incentive = 2,000 per year

Total Incentive of = INR 24,000/- per year

Reward Scheme :- To drive business object /targets, various rewards scheme will be introduce across levels – over and above base incentives.
